As your list manager, ListGuy.com will adhere to the following policies and procedures to market your lists:1) Promotions targeted to list brokers and major mailers. These promotions will be a combination of datacard mailings, fax bulletins outlining new developments on your lists and compelling reasons why mailers should rent your list.
2) Telemarketing efforts through our network of list brokerage contacts. These efforts will result in day to day feedback from users of your lists which will increase the effectiveness of other sales efforts and lead directly to increased list revenue for you.
3) Advertising in SRDS (Standard Rates and Data Service), DM News and other industry publications to broaden the industry's awareness of your list rental files.
4) Sales calls and meetings with potential users of your list to make recommendations and open new markets for you.
5) Recommendations for segmentation/niche markets which would increase your list rental revenue.
Here's what happens when someone rents your list:1) When a mailer places an order for your list, a list rental clearance and/or purchase order will be forwarded to you with the sample mail piece the mailer would like to send to your list, the number of names on your list the customer would like to use, the date they would like to mail your list, exchange balance or reciprocal pricing arrangement and status of overdue payables. A signed copy noting your approval, revision or rejection can then be returned by fax to ListGuy.com.2) Approved orders will be forwarded to the computer house by ListGuy.com with copies sent to you on a monthly basis for your records.
3) ListGuy.com will begin the billing process when we have received notification that the order has been shipped by your computer service bureau. Invoice activity will be sent to you on a monthly basis.
4) Collected funds will be sent to you minus the management commission at the close of the month.
5) Monthly report and documentation package will include aged payables to you, order activity, updated exchange reports, billing activity, order copies and invoice copies.
